Location: Lauderdale County; T2S, R7W, Section 19

Acreage: 60 acres

The BLOWING SPRING CAVE TRACT in Lauderdale County consist of a 60 acres that was purchased as a nature preserve. This tract has maternity cave habitat that is vital to the federally listed endangered grey bat Myotis grisecscens. The acquisition of this tract compliments state and federal efforts directed at preserving this species.
