Overview
Dothan Trails is 387 acres within the city limits of Dothan, Alabama, in Houston County. This tract is managed in cooperation with the City of Dothan to provide recreational trail opportunities as well as habitat conservation and education.

Hiking and Biking
The Dothan Forever Wild Trails features a 10-mile trail system consisting of six separate trail loops linked together by connectors/bridges. The closest parking for each trail is listed below, but they are connected by boardwalks and bridges, so you may travel the entire system no matter where you park.
Bike repair stations and are located at each trailhead and at the boardwalk intersection. Changing rooms for men and women and bike-washing stations are located at the East and West Trailheads.

Zion Cemetery Ridge -- 1.45 miles; beginner; closest parking is East Trailhead off of Fortner St.
Big Levee -- 2.15 miles; intermediate; closest parking is East Trailhead off of Fortner St.
S.A.M.'s Creekside Trail -- .85 mile; beginner; closest parking is East Trailhead off of Fortner St.
Trail Connector A -- .75 mile; beginner; connects to Beaver Trail Flats and Stagecoach Plateau.
Trail Connector B -- .5 mile; intermediate; contects to Stagecoach Plateau and Zion Cemetery Ridge.
